T'liva's Story

T'Liva is a Vulcan-Romulan fusion, although no-one knew this at the time of her birth in 2265. Her father being a member of the Romulan Intelligence Service, the Tal-Shir. As is the custom, T'Liva was educated on Vulcan and betrothed to a Scientist, Sepang. The choice was made when she was six and he was seven. Upon reaching Majority, they were wed and T'Liva went to work with Sepang at the Vulcan Science Academy, her specialty being sensor systems, although she was, secretly, very interested in weapons development. This partnership went on until Sepang was seconded to a Federation Survey vessel, the Forrestal, for a joint mission between the Vulcan Academy and Starfleet to a planet near to the Romulan Neutral Zone, where artifacts of possible Vulcan origin had been found. It proved to be an ambush and amongst the casualties was Sepang.
